Volunteer Opportunities

Help support the arts by joining the interesting, fun and dedicated people who volunteer or intern with us in a variety of ways every year.

The Arts Council thrives on the commitment of countless volunteers. From data entry to writing news articles, from photographing events to staffing information booths, our volunteers do it all. we are always looking for new people to join this amazing team!

You can find out what kind of opportunities we have in a couple of different ways.

For the internet-savvy types, go to http://www.handsoncentralcal.org/, and type "arts council" and "95340" in the upper right corner of the screen. You'll be directed to 1-800 Volunteer's website, and find our volunteer opportunities there.

You can make a difference for the Arts Council with a simple box of envelopes.

The Arts Council spends about $6,000 annually on office, building and art supplies. You can help take a big chunk out of our expenses by donating any of the items you see below. (We’ve also added a few big ticket items, in case you’re feeling extra generous!)

If you’re cleaning out your closets, drawers or garage and want to get rid of some stuff, or find some of these items on clearance while you’re shopping, please consider donating to the Arts Council. We promise we’ll think of you every time we paint a picture!
