In partnership with Youth Leadership Institute and the Merced County Probation Department, Cactus Flower presents artworks by youth at the Iris Garrett Juvenile Justice Complex, nurtured through ongoing classes and mentorship with lead art instructor Eddie O. Rodriguez.
